Product Certification

NTA Inc Product Certification program is nationally recognized and accredited by the International Accreditation Service Inc (IAS) a subsidiary of ICC. NTA Inc (PAC-102) is accredited to meet the requirements of ISO/IEC Guide 65 General Requirements for Bodies Operating a Product Certification Systems. The NTA Product Certification Program evaluates products and documentation, and certifies that a product is in compliance with NTA and nationally recognized standards. NTA then publishes a Product Certification Report containing specific information about the listed product which Architects, Engineers, Plan Reviewers, Building Inspectors, and others can rely on for accuracy.

Certification of Product To International Building Codes

NTA’s Product Certification department works with our testing and inspection services to certify the properties and performance of building products to appropriate sections of the International Building Code (IBC), International Residential Code (IRC), Housing and Urban Development 24 CFR Part 3280, and other building codes. Truss Certification Program

NTA's truss certification program provides for our clients certification for wood roof trusses for HUD Manufactured Housing and Modular Housing to applicable code requirements. NTA can provided consultation in preparing truss listing procedures, preparing a truss Quality Assurance manual, review and issue certification of client's trusses, and on-going monitoring inspections of client's production facilities.

HUD Axle Certification

NTA can certify re-manufactured axles for use in HUD applications under 24 CFR 2380. NTA can audit your quality manual and procedures as required. We are then able to provide the required serialized labels for those axles.

Quality System Certification Program

NTA’s Quality Verification Program (QVP) was developed to ensure and independently verify the validity of a Clients’ Quality Assurance Program. NTA’s ISO/IEC 17020 accredited inspectors visit a facility periodically to monitor their Production and Quality Processes. Documenting the client’s record of consistently manufacturing product meeting its predetermined critical quality attributes.
