Engineering Design*
NTA Inc. offers a wide array of engineering services for
all stages of construction. For new and existing construction,
NTA Inc. can provide complete structural engineering calculations
and analyses in accordance with any model code or standard,
such as UBC, BOCA, SBCCI, IBC, CABO, ASCE 7. NTA Inc. can

Building Design, Engineering Plan Review & Code
Consulting*
In addition to engineering design, NTA, Inc. has the expertise
to provide architectural, electrical, mechanical/HVAC,
plumbing, and gas piping system design and/or plan review.
Our experienced plan review staff can aid in the design
and approval of building designs in all 50 states. Our
plan review staff can review structures for any occupancy
or use for code compliance with any or all of the following
model codes: BOCA, UBC, SBCCI, CABO, ICC (as well as applicable
state code amendments). Reviews also assess the structural
design and calculations to identify design deficiencies
and code nonconformities. Additionally, NTA, Inc. is an
approved BOCA inspection and plan approval agency. For

Not only does NTA, Inc. help solve your code related problems,

ENERGY STAR® Certification
NTA, Inc. is a partner in the EPA ENERGY STAR® Labeling
Program for Homes. NTA, Inc. provides everything necessary
to provide HERS ratings and ENERGY STAR® certifications
for modular and site built homes. Services include: whole
house leakage testing, duct leakage testing, construction
diagnostics and consulting, energy efficiency consulting.
Additionally, NTA, Inc. is the only consultant to the industrialized
building industry with a certified Home Energy Rater (HERS)

Drafting Services*
To provide complete service to our clients, NTA, Inc.
provides computer aided drafting services to aid in the
design process. Whether you need complete construction
plans or help through periods of high demand that your
in-house CAD department can't handle, NTA, Inc. can serve

Recertification Services
In addition to new building design and plan review, NTA,

existing modular buildings. Services include structural
and plan review as well as on-site building surveys and

and make recommendations as to suitable use and retrofit.
