NTA, Inc. is a partner in the EPA ENERGY STAR® Labeling
Program for Manufactured housing. NTA, Inc. provides everything
necessary to get your facility ENGERGY STAR certified.
Services include:
- Whole house leakage testing
- Duct leakage testing
- Construction diagnostics and consulting
- Energy efficiency consulting
- Plant certification
- Ongoing field evaluation services
Additionally, NTA Inc. is the only IPIA / DAPIA with certified

NTA Inc. has been servicing the manufactured housing industry
for over 30 years as a HUD approved IPIA & DAPIA in
good status with HUD under the Federal Manufactured Housing
Program. Our knowledgeable staff combines over 360 years
experience in the industry, which has helped NTA become
the largest third party inspection agency in the industry.

manufacturers of HUD Code homes at over 46 production facilities
throughout 12 states.
