Green Building Programs

All of the Green Building Programs are based on an achievement points system of ratings. NTA Professional certifiers and verifiers strives in achieving the maximum amount of points for the respected Green programs. These certifications can be used for Marketing, Sales incentives as well as the tax incentives, public utility rate reduction and tax reduction.

NTA, Inc. is an independent quality assurance and materials testing agency capable of providing a wide range of structural product testing and inspection services. NTA, Inc. has the equipment and expertise to measure the structural performance of building materials and components using industry-standard engineering methods of evaluation. If no standard test method exists for your product or application, NTA, Inc. can develop a custom testing service method to suit your needs. In addition to testing, our network of inspectors, located across the United States, allows us to assess in-plant quality control procedures; ensuring consistent quality of your product for Green Building code compliance.

Manufactured Housing Research Alliance (MHRA)

MHRA: The Manufactured Housing Research Alliance in conjunction with the Energy Star™ Program offers a Green certification for Manufactured Homes and Modular single family dwellings. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)

LEED: (U.S. Green Build Council) The Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™ is a third party certification program that has set the standard for design, construction and performance of green commercial and residential buildings. NTA’s Certified LEED Accredited Professionals (AP’s) are an asset to any Green Building project.
