NTA Certified: Green Building

As the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) continues writing regulations for implementing the environmental laws passed by Congress, there are countless Green Building programs that have been established  across the United States. NTA Inc. is a nationally recognized engineering consultant agency with green building experts on staff that can help you sort through programs and choose the one that works best for your project. NTA Inc.’s highly qualified staff consists of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified AP’s, green verifiers, and Home Energy Rating System (HERS) raters to help with all of your Green Building needs.

 

Green Building Programs

All of the Green Building programs that have been created in conjunction with EPA regulations are based upon an achievement, point-based rating system. NTA Inc.’s professional certifiers and verifiers strive to achieve the maximum amount of points for each respective Green program. These certifications can be used for marketing and sales incentives, as well as for tax incentives, public utility rate reductions and tax reductions.
